Vacation Rental Description
Exclusive 10 bed spacious farmhouse set in five acres of land offering panoramic views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside. Salt water pool includes a large paved terrace with steps up to an open sided barn for outside dinning area, barbecue and shade. This tranquil setting is only 10 minutes from the medieval city of Mirepoix were there are plenty of activities.
Fly drive to Carcassonne or Toulouse. Fantastic location for lake, mountains, white water, cycling, rambling, climbing, skiing, sight seeing, wine tasting, jumping out of planes or just relaxing in the sun!
The 14th century renovated farm house has five large bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and one double with two single beds plus a large double ensuite studio room. All rooms have fantastic views of the Pyrenees.
The first of two master bedrooms is very large with a spiral staircase leading to it and a balcony. A modern finish includes a super king custom made bed.
The second master bedroom is also large with a king size four poster bed.
On the third floor there is a large twin bedroom with velux window and a seperate play room.
A large family room that has a king size double bed and two full sized singles is very useful as a fimily room.
An large and very private ensuite studio room is also included, with the benefit of being apart from the main house (just 20 meters)
The property benefits from an exclusive 10m x 5m salt water swimming pool with large paved terrace around and fantastic panoramic views of the Sabarath mountains and surrounding countryside.
Steps up from the pool lead to an open barn that offers a barbecue and dining area and a place to relax in the shade and enjoy the peace.
5 acres of private land extend to pleasant walks around the area with stunning views, a wealth of privacy within the garden, which has fruit and walnut trees.

We require Just 50% of the total holday cost for each week booked, to assure your booking! Final Confirmation and our info pack will be sent out, only when full payment of the balance is received by us. This should be no later than six weeks before arrival and should include a separate cheque for your Breakage deposit £500 (refundable) You can make a provisional booking by e-mail or telephone, but please first check availability on Frenchconnections or Vacation rental people websites, to confirm this booking a deposit must be received by our office, prior to our adjusting the online calendars for the weeks that you have booked! And our confirmation been sent out to you.
