3 Bedroom Villa in Leucate

Our villa in Leucate Village, is not part of a holiday home estate, but nestles unobtrusively in a quiet village, allowing you to experience authentic French living.  
 
Our terraced villa is well appointed and of modern construction and will sleep up to 8 people. It has 3 double bedrooms and there is a futon (sofa bed) on the mezzanine overlooking the lounge. 
 
The large open plan lounge/ dinner/kitchen leads directly to the fully enclosed, rear garden, which has views of the lake and sea. The patio style garden, complete with dining table is ideal for al fresco dining and offers a safe environment for children. There is ample parking on the drive or in an allocated space in front of the villa.  
 
Leucate lake (l’Etang) is flanked with Mediterranean style housing, with their blend of beiges, reds and pinks completed by the blue/green shutters. These villas extend gradually up the hillside creating a patchwork of colour off-set by the beautiful backdrop of the azure sky.
