A new flat screen television has been installed with a dual DVD player/ stereo as well as a selection of films for days when nothing but comfort and movies will do.

We have left a Remington foot spa in the house for those of you who are staying at Maison Bethany to walk the Cathar trails or to visit the ski resorts, a hairdryer to save you bringing your own, plenty of books to exchange when you reach the end of yours, and a few board games to get everybody involved. A yoga mat with 2 DVD's for your use as well as UK Sky Freeview TV for your viewing pleasure.
KITCHEN and DINING ROOM
A fully equipped kitchen has been fitted with everything we hope you will need to cook and dine comfortably, as well as a typically French-style dining table and chairs with enough trimmings to make sitting down to eat a pleasant experience.
A washing machine has also been installed for you to use as needed.
GARDEN
Our large garden (situated directly opposite) has a large decking area that provides a great space for sunbathing, dining, and reflecting. Garden furniture in the form of wooden tables and chairs, sun loungers and parasols are provided to ensure that you utilise the garden to it's full potential.
A children's area is situated under the shaded area of the garden, (with swing and slide frame, as well as a sand pit) and the garden in it's entirety is entirely fenced in to assure your childrens safety.

The village of Rennes Les Bains is frequently visited for it's natural hot springs and it's therapeutic waters that are still used today as a cure for rheumatism, others know it for the role it played in the Kate Mosse book, Sepulchre.
There is an outdoor bathing area at the site of the old Roman baths where you can bathe under warm water which is free to use and can be found at the end of a lovely walk along the gorge wall. The village also has an outdoor heated swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzis, and gym.
There are three restaurants in Rennes Les Bains, the Pizzeria de la Place (which does fantastic pizzas and always has a special of the day), and A L'Orloge Kfe, both of which are on the square, and the Hotel de France. March the 6th sees the Hostellerie de Rennes Les Bains re-opening it's doors and this has a lovely terrace over the river Sals for al fresco dining in the warmer months.
