Fantastic property sleeps 7 to 14 because it can be used as a large self contained house with 3 bedrooms,a bathroom with shower over, large open plan livingroom and kitchen. If you book the three bedroomed option sleeping 7 you will have shared use of the large pool if the other half of the house is occupied during your stay. Outwith July and August, you are usually assured of having personal and private use of the pool.
BOOK THE USE OF THE FULL HOUSE and have 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and further reception rooms - fantastic for a large party of 14 family and/or friends, especially being assured you have the house, pool and garden exclusively to yourselves!

The house sits within 1/2 an acre of garden planted mostly to grass for plenty of room for games, but also with lavender, lilac, Aloe Vera and other Mediterranean plants. There is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with roman steps. The house has all modern conveniences as we renovated it recently and provides excellent accommodation. All the beds are full sized adult beds. All bedlinen and towels including extra towels to use at the pool, are provided for your use.
The kitchen(s) have fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher(s) microwave etc. There are highchairs and cots if needed.
There are indoor and outdoor games (table tennis, pool table, boules and boules court, swingball) and of course the great pool.
With lavender and sunflower views, and 2 barbecue areas and good quality outdoor furniture, including loungers for all, just close the gate and relax and/or party away your holiday days.
Nearby, there is a large pine fringed sandy lake with all sort of water sports. You can also get to the med beaches within an hour. There is Carcassonne half an hour away with all its attractions and fabulous castle to visit.
The little villages around can provide all the shopping you will require. They also have lovely markets for your enjoyment.

For 6 BEDROOMES WHICH IS BOTH HOUSES OPENED UP TO ONE FULL HOUSE to sleep 14 prices are from £750 to £1,650 per week. 30% deposit on booking Security cheque of £250 required, but will be held UNCASHED until you holiday is over and our housekeeper emails to say all is when and it is returned to you. Changeover day is normally Saturday during high season. Mid and low season, changeover day is negotiable.
