Le Castel Enchante is a beautiful property located just 3km from the Cite of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. We can accommodate both Bed and Breakfast Chambres D'Hotes guests throughout the year and during July and August is a Gite which can accommodate 12 adults and 15 including children. The house is decorated in a homely and comfortable manner with all modern conveniences including Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave and during the winter months has a open wood fire. With a large private swimming pool during the summer months you can spend long summer evenings having BBQ's and being with your friends and family. Out of season, there is many activities including Ski-ing just 90 minutes away and many walks and historic places to visit. Carcassonne Cite has many restaurants just 10 minutes away and Trebes which is a hub for the Canal du Midi which also has many outdoor restaurants during the warm spring summer and autumn. The mediteranean is just 35 minutes away with Narbonne, Sete and Cap D'age which have many waterparks and activities of all types during the summer months for the young and young at heart. Barcelona is reachable in a day and Toulouse which is a central city of France. Something to please everyone.
