Villa situated in the south of the black mountains, 30 kms from the famous medieval city of carcassonne you will find the small picturesque village of les cammazes.Its dam belongs to the world heritage of UNESCO.The property is all ground floor set in large landscaped gardens with, decked and terraced areas with one step to the terrace and one step to the porch and front door. the property is of open plan type with lounge, dinning area and full kitchen, hallway leading to cloakroom with w/c and wash hand basin with access to garage, further along the hallway to the right is the fully tiled bathroom consisting of a bath and shower with a glass side screen, a close coupled w/c, vanity unit with mirrordoor and lights over and a heated towel rail. Off the same hallway are three bedrooms, one double room with a king size bed and two further bedrooms with two single beds in each. The property has its own drive with ample car parking.

Various large caves are to be found around this area with tours lasting up to five hours trecking along a river bed.
The area is abundant in forests and a national park with plenty to see and do, walks and cycle rides along the water courses.
Visit the meadeival walled city of Carcassonne or climbing up to the four castles on the tops of mountains.
Swing the club and go golfing at carcassonne or take in water sports at lac du st-ferroel here you will find various restaurants,snack bars and hotels, also here you will find a horse riding school. Mediterranean coastline at Narbon Plage with large level sandy beaches with restaurants about 1 hours drive.
Revel is a large town (7 kms ) with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a large saturday market selling produce and the usual clothing stalls.

A 25% deposit (minimum £100 ) is payable on booking and is none returnable. A security deposit of £150 per week is payable 6 weeks prior to letting period together with rental balance. The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen days after the rental period should no claims be incurred.
Payments should be in cheque or bankers draught or bacs.
