The Ancienne Maison accommodates 8 adults comfortably with 4 double bedrooms [two with en-suite] and a large family bathroom. Increasing to 10 by using the sofa-beds in the smaller reception room. 
 
The principal living area is a very large kitchen / dining / day room which has access to the south west facing balcony and garden. The property also has a separate reception room and office. 
The 1/2 acre garden and swimming pool offer complete privacy as well as stunning views across the dramatic country side. 
 
Kitchen. Oven, 6 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. 
 
Entertainment. Satelite TV, DVD Player, HiFi, Broadband and telephone. 
 
Stables 
 
The Stables accommodates 4 adults comfortably with two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Increasing to 6 buy using sofa-beds in the main reception room. 
 
The main reception room has retained the character of its previous use as a stable with authentic features throughout, including an open fire place, animal feeding racks, exposed beams and stone walls.  
 
The adjoining kitchen / dining room has access to a private terrace / outdoor dining area.

The Ancienne Maison has 4 double bed rooms 2 with en-suite and a large family bathroom. The principal living area is a very large kitchen / dining / day room which has access to the south west facing balcony, garden and swimming pool. The property also has a separate reception room and office. The Stables has 2 large family bedrooms [both en-suite], 1 reception room and a large fully fitted kitchen / dining room as well as a private terrace / outdoor dining area. Natural features such as exposed beams, stone walls and high ceilings have been retained to maximize the feeling of rustic grandeur, while all modern conveniences have been incorporated into the design. The beaches of the mediteranean and the ski resort of Mont D'Olmes are less than one hour.

    Terms & Conditions. 1. The property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Heather Baker (the owner) and the person seeking holiday rental (the Client). 2. The standard prices are quoted based upon the Ancienne Maison 4 bedrooms for any number of guests up to 10. For parties of 9 - 14, customers have the option off adding the stables for an additional 20% of our standard prices. The stables are never let separately, so you will always have exclusive use of the gardens and swimming pool. 3. A deposit of £250.00 will secure your requested dates, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. In the event that you have to cancel your booking, your deposit will be returned in full as long as we are advised more than 10 weeks before your arrival date. Unfortunately if you cancel within 10 weeks of your arrival date we are unable to return your deposit as we are unlikely to re-let the property.
