Marandou home is located between Carcassonne, Toulouse and Albi. 
 
Far from the summer crowds, you will enjoy the authenticity of the house with your family or friends. Decorated with a mix between antiques and modern comfortable furniture. 
 
Ground floor: beautifull living space with winter living room, dining room, kitchen, summer dining room (60 m²) with stone walls and terra cotta floor tile. 
It opens on the magnificent park and the large private pool.(14x6) 
 
On the first floor, in the game room (60 m²), billiard, table football, television, Internet access and board games are at your disposal. 
 
The six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are equipped with luxury and charm and well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. The six bedrooms are larges and entirely renovated with character and furnished with antiques. They will allow everyone to have a precious intimacy.  
 
A piano will welcome the music-lovers. 
And for the ones who like physical activities, they will find table tennis, mountain bike, croquet, table football and bowling. On a large lawn, you will find a volley ball/badminton field and hoops that allow everybody to have friendly encounters and a boules court. 
 
The swimming pool (14 m x 6m) is fenced and has an alarm. The large deck allows the children to play safely. On its sunny deck, you will be able to have your meals under the sunshades. 
 
From the Marandou Estate hiking is possible, as well as cycling, to explore the Lauragais region by the Rigole an artificial river, and the Canal du Midi (part of UNESCO World Heritage), to arrive to Naurouze. Several golf courses are close to Marandou: 3 heading to Toulouse: Téoula, Seilh, Estolosa – 1 heading to Carcassonne – 2 heading to Castres: Fiac, Gourjade.
