This modern, air conditioned villa has a completely private, heated salt water swimming pool. It sits in extensive, well cultivate grounds which border the Canal du Midi. You will be welcomed with complementary wine, soft drinks and a light lunch. Help yourself to seasonal fruit and vegetables from our gardens and orchard. The villa is fully equipped to the highest standard, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Sky TV, CD player, DVD player. There’s even a Nintendo Wii! All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as CDs, DVDs and books. A sataBaby equipment on request. Your will find provisions in the cupboards, fridge, & cleaning materials. In the grounds is a play centre for younger children, a giant trampoline for adults and children alike, a table tennis table and swing ball. Also sun loungers, a swing seat, inflatables for the pool, and hardwood patio table and chairs- and 2 barbecues: traditional charcoal or portable gas.

This is a beautiful single level house with views over the pool (70 sq.mtrs). The accommodation comprises; Living/dining room with CD player with a wide selection of CD's, DVD's and childrens videos. Twin double sliding doors open up onto the terrace and pool; Modern open kitchen fully equipped to a very high standard and includes dishwasher, electric hob microwave and self clean oven, family fridge/freezer, espresso/latte coffee maker; Master bedroom with a double bed, double doors onto pool terrace; Bedroom 2 twin single beds - sleeps (2) with cot and views over the rear garden. UK & French TV DVD's; Bathroom with shower, large sink, toilet and hair dryer; Utility room with washing machine, dryer, large sink. The house terrace is tiled, lawn (and its always green) and gravel for boulles. By the BBQ, steps lead up to the rear of Tango to a quiet shaded area, which generally enjoys a refreshing breeze. We are about 40 minutes from the Med, so water sports are an easy drive away. Sking is about 90 mintes away, golf 15 minutes, Carcassonne is 15 minutes away, and the other activities are no more than 30 minutes away. Notes to the rental rates All prices are per week, IN on Saturday generally after 2 and before 4pm and OUT by Saturday 9am. You may be able to come in earlier depending on how much cleaning we have to do after the last guests, so please call us when you get close. Please call us and come to the house, drop you luggage and then go supermarket shopping. Deposit required of 25 % and final payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Outside high season other arrival and departure days, or shorter stays, can be discussed. INCLUDED IN RENTAL - IN SHORT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED part of our holiday philosophy. All towels including pool/beach towel, bath towel, hand towel, facecloth, tea towel, shower mats. Pool cleaning and maintenance. Gas and Wood for BBQ's Firewood. Everything is included in rental, electricity for heating in Winter and air con in summer. The pool is heated from end of March till the end of October.
