The property is only some minutes from all amenities. Restaurants, bars, markets and wineries are closeby.
Gite 'Palmier' is a spacious ground floor character house (145 m2) with exposed beams and nicely decorated.
Sleeps 4 - 6 people. Access via a private entrance to a large south facing terrace, overlooking the garden.
Large dining/sitting room, spacious master bedroom with extra sofabed, second bedroom,bathroom and kitchen.
Gite 'Laurier' , a beautifully restored winemakers house on two floors with central heating. Sleeps upt 6 people.
Groundfloor has a living/dining area with open, fully equipeed kitchen and fireplace.French doors open to the south facing terrace, overlooking the swimming pool.
First floor landing leads to 3 bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet.
Next to the house is a large , well decorated covered 'barn terrace', Laurier guests could use for dinner parties.
Gite Olivier, a spacious , detached house (200 m2) with separate entrances, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people.The house leads to the interior courtyard which can be closed so children can play safely there.
