Vacation Rental Description
This studio with a mezanine sleeping area, sleeps four and measures approx 30m² on the groundfloor of a 1930's stone construction. Sleepss four guests comfortably two in double bed in mezanine area and two on a double sofa beds in the living area. 
 
The kitchen is equipped with a two ring plague (electric), kettle, fridge, and all required cooking and eating utensils. 
 
The spacious living area is equipped with one double sofa beds , coffee table, original art work as mural decorations. The multimedia services included are TV, DVD,Cable, HiFi, Telephone(local calls only)and WiFi. 
 
The mezanine sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable large double bed, two lamps.  
 
The Bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, shower screen and small and hair dryer. 
 
The whole gives onto a calm and green interior courtyard. 
 
Montparnasse is one of the most celebrated and animated areas of Paris it offers a wide variety of choices to suit every bodies needs. There are a large selection of Cafes and Restaurants catering to all budgets and palettes (we would be happy to make recommendations). Several cinemas showing movies in English as well as French. Shopping there is a large shopping centre containing amongst others Gallery Laffayette, C&A, Habitat.... as well as Inno Supermarket and all sorts of small shops butcher, baker, fishmonger, wine merchant, cheese and.... not to mention a farmers market twice a week for the full Paris treatment.

    • The rental incldes all linens and cleaning before and after your stay. Should you require additional cleaning services we can arrange a tailormade solution to satisfy your needs on an adhoc basis. There is a self service laundromat across the street.

    We have a three night minimum Policy. Our weekly rates are €1000/week. We require a 25% reservation to secure your booking and a refundable €400 security deposit. Paymants can be made by bank transfer or through Paypal. The open balance and security deposit can be paid in cash on arrival.
