The CLIENT agrees to send a deposit of 20% of the total rental fee to the OWNER / OWNER’ s representative upon signing of the rental agreement in order to reserve the requested property. This deposit will be accepted by wire transfer, credit card via Paypal (all bank fees are at CLIENT’s expense), Traveller checks, by cash. The outstanding balance, or the remaining 80% of the rental fee, is due the day of arrival agreed to between the OWNER and the CLIENT. This amount will be accepted in cash in Euro. Upon arrival at the property, the CLIENT agrees to leave with the representative of the OWNER a security deposit in cash equal to 400 €. The deposit will be returned in full to the CLIENT on the day of his/her departure, once the OWNER verifies the inventory of the property and verifies that no damage has occurred to the property.
