The week costs 600€. I send to you 2 renting contracts by post mail. As soon as you get them, please sign. Then, just send me back one. With my bank ID (attached to the contracts), you’ll be able to make the 300 Euros bank transfer so that the flat would be booked just for you once and for all.
Please let me know the time you arrive and the time you leave. I will welcome you and hand in the keys, and look around the flat with you. I’ll collect the 300 Euros remaining as well as the 200 Euros deposit (i will hand it back to you if no damage has been done).
It's possible to rent only the week end for 200€ (two days) or 300€ (three days)with the same conditions.
