Talk about a fabulous, panoramic view over Paris, here it is! It has three windows that look out over spectacular views – directly at the Pantheon a block away and across a grand vista of Paris. The RER which goes directly to Orly and Charles de Gaulle airport stops just nearby at the station Luxembourg (by the Luxembourg Gardens - must see!). This studio is recently and beautifully renovated by an architect, it is in the heart of Paris, 5th arrondissement.  
 
It is wonderfully quiet in a very active and vibrant part of Paris - like a small and luxurious nest, you look down from your sheltered perch at the city sparkling below. It is on the sixth floor of an elevator building - well, 5-1/2, you go down a half-flight from the elevator. The elevator is tiny - it can hold two adults maximum at a time. The building is from the 18th century (pre-1789) and is on one of the oldest streets of Paris. 
 
The studio itself has a very nice, comfortable feel, and is broken up in a clever play of space that makes it seem much larger than it really is. It has two twin beds that can be zipped together or used separately, a wardrobe and dining area. From the main space there are a few stairs down to the toilet room, coat closet and entry, and one step up to the shower and bathroom sink - there is no tub in this apartment. The kitchennette is entirely modern, with sink and refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, etc. We have a clothes washer/dryer unit in the apartment. We supply towels and sheets, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes and silverware. There is high-speed internet access, cable TV, radio, telephone. The telephone includes free dialing to 42 countries including the USA.

    Prices (in euros) all year around are : 2 nights = 260, 3 nights = 390, 4 nights =500 5 nights = 550, 6 nights = 600, 7 nights = 650 2 weeks = 1200 euros 3 weeks = 1600 euros 1 to 3 months @ 1800 euros per month (extra days pro-rated to 60 eu/night) Over three months @ 1500 euros per month (extra days pro-rated to 50 eu/night) We ask for 200€ per week for the deposit, plus 5% to cover paypal charges, making it 210 euros. When we meet at the apartment and I give you the keys, I will ask for the actual rent in cash, minus the 200 euros.
