The building is secured with a digicode and interphone, the studio is on the ground floor, very easy access, and facing a quiet and secured courtyard, it has been entirely renovated in a modern style and is equipped with an american kitchen, a sofa bed with a queen size bed very comfortable, and a nice bathroom.
