This cosy 25m2 studio-apartment can accommodate from two to four people, on a business or holiday trip to PARIS. Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift.

Conveniently located, close to 'Le Palais Royal', 'the Louvre Museum', and 'the Opera', it stands in the very heart of the Paris of Culture (museums, theatres, cinemas), of the Paris of Fashion (shops, boutiques, major department-stores), and the Paris of Business, a few minutes' walk to the gardens of Palais-Royal and Tuileries.

Lounge/Dining room : Kitchen-area with a microwave-oven, hotplates, range-hood, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a deep-freeze compartment, cookware, pots and pans and dishes, A 32" LCD TV set, with 65 quality digital channels - DVD Player, High speed Internet (Web) access (Ethernet and Wifi), Bed-settee (140x200cm) with a real comfortable mattress, once opened. Sleeping-area with a "King-size" double-bed (160x200cm), and a wardrobe. Bathroom : Bath-tub and shower, towel-dryer, hair-dryer. Washing-machine and tumble-dryer, ironing-table and iron. Sheets and towels supplied and changed once a week.

You are one block from the metro, across the street is bakery, a quite street yet close to everything. Many close by restaurants. The Louvre is about 3 blocks away, or shopping on Rue Saint Honore about 2 blocks away.
