This cozy, 36m² (388 sq ft) apartment, has been newly renovated with contemporary furnishings and is fully equipped  
with everything that you need, for a relaxing and safe stay in Paris. Ideally situated in the Marais on the  
Rive Droite, this is one of the oldest and most picturesque quarters of Paris. 
The Marais district, characterized by its unique 17th century buildings is not only beautiful, but also boasts some  
major attractions. The Place des Vosges is literally on your doorstep and the Picasso museum is 5 minutes on foot.  
Numerous fashionable boutiques offer the latest shopping, there’s lots of trendy art galleries, eclectic antique shops 
and funky design stores.Food-lovers will not be disappointed, open air fresh food markets, delicatessens, tea salons  
and many renowned restaurants, the choice of where and what to eat is truly limitless! 
The cathedral of Notre Dame, the Pompidou Centre, the Latin Quarter, and the Seine are all within walking distance  
and due to the central location, exploring the rest of Paris is made easy, the Line 1 (M° St Paul) and Buses  
( 76 and 69), are all on your doorstep.

Kitchenette with dining area: 
The Kitchenette is fully equipped and can be used to prepare everything from a petit déjeuner to a gourmet dinner.  
It has modern kitchen appliances; cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and  
all the cutlery, utensils and tableware that you will need for your stay. 
 
Bedroom: 
The bedroom has a double bed, a night table, a built-in wall closet and carpet floor. It overlooks a quiet courtyard 
. Bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided.

      High Season Price: €650 per Week
         

    Prices 2009 : 2000€/m, 650€/w, 130€/n.(minimum 4 nights) Prices NOVEMBER 2009 : 1600€/m, 520€/w, 100€/n Check-in and out Check-in time is around 3pm(15h00). Check-out time is around 11am. If you have any special requirements we will do our best to accommodate you. Payment Details 50% of your total rent is due in order to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is paid on arrival day. We ask for a 300 € (300$ or £300) deposit in case of damage or breakages, which you can pay in cash on arrival. This will be returned to you when you leave, except in cases of damage or loss. Payment may be made by: Bank transfer in euros or paypal Cancellation policy For cancellations made more than 40 days before your arrival date, a full refund of the sum you have paid will be given, less a 100 € booking fee. We regret that cancellations made fewer than 40 days in advance of your arrival date are non-refundable.
