How to do for confirmation after our first contact : FIRST, send me an email to let me know that you are OK. SECOND, send a deposit for reservation. So this has to be done quick otherwise someone else can book the place. This deposit has to be HALF the total amount. You have the choice for the deposit : you can send half the amount OR you can to pay the TOTAL. Depending the way you want to pay, I will send you details for a bank transfer, IMO, Western Union, or Paypal (adress : rentaflatparis@free.fr ), etc... The price is settle for an arrival beetween 11h00 and 19h00. In case of later arrival, an extra of 30 Euros will be charge.
