    1. DEPOSIT PAYMENT We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card through Paypal or bank transfer.The €uro is the only accepted currency. 2. CANCELLATION We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 90 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the scheduled arrival. If the balance and the security deposit has been already paid before the arrival date, at the moment of cancellation, the balance and the security deposit will be refunded in full. 3. LATE CHECK IN For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra.
