Then, in the faubourg, there are many shops and cafés, and a little farther east on Faubourg St Antoine, the famous Marché D'Aligre, the oldest food market in Paris.

This 32m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a four floor stone building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and leads to a courtyard. From this courtyard a door opens onto a private patio decorated with bamboos and hydreangeas.
The entrance door opens onto the living room/ sleeping area. The bathroom and the separate kitchen are on the left.
The 20m² living room is furnished with two single beds which can be transformed into a double-size bed, an armchair, a small round wooden table with several chairs, a TV, a phone, a chest of drawers and a built in closet. The French window opens onto the private patio equipped with a table and four chairs.
The kitchen has a window and is equipped with four hotplates, a microwave, an oven, a stainless sink, a combo fridge / freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. All the necessary ustensils are in the cupboards.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
Owner has several apartments in this building that could be rented for groups traveling together.

Rue du Faubourg St Antoine is frequented by fashionable people. The heart of this area is the historic Place de la Bastille and its Opéra Bastille dedicated the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. Within a short walk is place des Vosges, known for its art galleries, antique shops. The famous French novelist Victor Hugo lived here. and wrote his novels (Les Misérables). The building is very conveniently situated in an inside court, above the famous bookstore called "l'Arbre à Lettres".
