Everything you need is at your fingertips thanks to: 3 metro stations, 5 bus lines, easy access from the airports with Air France cars (with the final stop in our street) or trains and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can appreciate the local market atmosphere and the charm of the Sunday Art Market.

				Low Season Price:	€2,500 per Week
				High Season Price:	€3,500 per Week

The apt is comfortable for max of 9 adults. The price is all charges included. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 Euros is required to complete the booking (in 3 days). The deposit will be refunded on your departure. The only policy payment is the transfer order. The rent should be paid on your arrival only by cash. If you cancel any time, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. A few week-ends are available. The price for 3 nights is 1500 euros all charges included. For three weeks or more, 20% off.
