Vacation Rental Description
Our renovated apartment offers a sunny, bright (two floor to ceiling large sliding windows) and secure atmosphere (entry code at the front door). It is located on the sixth floor with a new elevator. The bedroom and living rooms look at the beautiful Parisian skyline and there is no one above you. And while the neighborhood is lively, our street is quiet so you sleep well at night.

Our apartment is located at the top of the Champ De Mars, the large park that runs perpendicular to the Eiffel Tower near Avenue De Suffren. It is a truly Parisian neighborhood full of shops, cafes, restaurants and people. It is a wonderful location, close to the Ecole Militaire, two excellent shopping streets (Rue Cler and Rue du Commerce) as well as easy transit via the metro from La Motte Piquet Grenelle only two blocks away (which has three separate metro lines) as well as busses and taxi stands.

The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, about 400 square feet in size with plenty of storage. When weather allows the balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. It has all the amenities we want when we stay at the flat.

Our manager, Thierry, will meet you on arrival in Paris and make sure that your stay is a wonderful one. He speaks French and English and will answer any questions you may have about the neighborhood and Paris.

    • The yellow flat is located at the top of the Champ De Mars a block from the Boulevard Suffren located at the edge of the 7th district It is a real Parisian neighborhood full of shops, cafes, restaurants and people. You won't see other tourists even though the Eiffel Tower is just minutes away. You hear church bells, children laughing and playing. The sounds of city life.

    There is shopping on Rue Cler and Rue de Commerce. And while it is busy in the day, it is quiet at night. There is an open air market just blocks away every other week.

    You are five minutes walk from new Quai Branley museum, Ecole Militaire, the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Bicycle rentals are easy, quick and nearby.

    Should you wish, we can arrange for Patrick, a reliable driver, to pick you up and return you to the airport or stock the fridge prior to your arrival.
