Apartment situated in the heart of Paris in the charming rue Poncelet where there is a famous market: fruits, flowers, vegetables and the biggest fishmongers in Paris. There are also gourmet shops for foie gras, coffee, chocolate and wine.  
Also in the rue Poncelet are typical cafes and restaurants. There are two small supermarkets for everyday shopping. The famous tea shop "Stubli" serves tea and pastry as well as very good food. There is a post office close by.  
The Champs Elysees, the most beautiful avenue in the world, can be reached on foot.  
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, talk a walk in the Parc Monceau, a few minutes away.  
The nearest metro station is place des Ternes or Charles de Gaulle-Etoile. The bus 43 runs from there to the Gare Saint Lazarre and the big shops such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, and the Gare du Nord or the Jardins de Bagatelle. 
The apartment consists of two rooms, a well equipped kitchenette, bathroom and WC. It's on the first floor in a very quiet courtyard. 
Just oppposite is the famous bakers "Paul", where you can buy your croissants and baguette for your breakfast. 
Nearby is the famous Musée Cernuschi for those interested in Asian culture. The Louvre can be reached within 10 minutes by Metro line number 1.
