This 43sqm studio is elegant, cosy, and very quiet, situated on the ground floor of an art-deco building (1925) and looking onto a private courtyard planted with trees and flowers (no access). You’ll feel at home in this typically Parisian flat complete with floorboards, chimney place and wainscots.
The main room is spacious enough to accommodate a standard double bed, a sitting area (with a convertible sofa for 2 persons) and a dining area for 4, and opens onto the bathroom (with small bathtub) and a mini dressing room. The kitchen (which is fully equipped and contains all the basic necessities) and toilets are both separate rooms, accessible from the entrance hall of the flat.
The flat has numerous cupboards and storage places, a choice of books (French and English), CDs and DVDs, and a Wifi connexion.
The area is chic and quiet, and offers a large variety of boutiques, shops and trades, as well as the typically French street markets of Poncelet and Lebon. The Champs Elysees are just a 10 minute walk away. Large choice of restaurants in the vicinity, of all styles and for all budgets.
Easy and quick access to all the sites in and around Paris, and from all the Paris airports and train stations.

Equivalent of 300€ requested at booking, serving also as a guarantee deposit for the flat.
Check deposits : not cashed in but returned to tenant upon departure.
Bank transfers : 200€ requested at booking, deducted from total rent, with remainder of rent to be paid upon arrival. In this case, guarantee deposit of 300€ to be entrusted to owner upon arrival (cash or check) and returned at time of departure.
Cash deposits accepted in all main convertible currencies.
Cancellations : 100% refund 1 month before, 70% 2 weeks before, 50% 1 week before.
Minimum rental duration : 3 nights.
Discounts for rentals exceeding 2 weeks.
Extra cleaning fee of 25€ whatever length of stay.
