Vacation Rental Description
Fabulous loft in the center of Paris. This area is buzzing with activity, bars, restaurants, shops and wonderful food market within walking distance. The famous New Mornng Jazz club is 4 minutes walk from the flat. this is an old building that has been totally restored, neighbours are all friendly and there is a calm very lovely atmosphere in this building. Metro within 5 minutes walk, Velib station 3 minutes up the road, and direct metro lines to all main cultural areas in Paris. within walking distance from Le Marais, the Canal Saint Martin, all wonderful areas for shopping cafés museums and galleries.
This flat is a family home, tastefuly decorated and full of light. A rare find on a rental website, those who come always come back ! Not suitable for small babies as there are ladders up to two of the mezzanine bedrooms and a staircase up to the third.
A cleaning person is included in rental once a week. However an amount is requested on departure to cover laundry and cleaning of the flat? A damage deposit is also requested and returned if all is well on departure.
All laundry is provided.

    500 euros deposit requested to book the flat. Cash payment requested for total rental period. Damage deposit of 500 euros requested ( this is the initial flat deposit t that I then return if all is well at end of rental and no damages have been made which is usually the case . 50 euros Cleaning and laudry money requested at end of stay .
