The studio measures about 30m² and is located on the fourth floor with lift. There’s a shower, toilet a roof fan, a fire place and two large windows overlooking the main entry street. The studio has a queen size bed and it is fully equipped with a telephone-fax, Radio/CD player, micro-wave oven, cooking stove, fridge, television, safety box, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee mixer, complete cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Individual heating, hot water, initial set of towels and linen are included in the package.

The studio has been fully renovated two year ago.

    • This exquisite and charming apartment, located in a pedestrian area in the Marais, is near the two most important museums in the world, the Louvre, which needs no elaboration and the Centre Pompidou, Beaubourg, where notably contemporary painting exhibitions are held permanently. It is not far from the métro Chatelet and Les Halles/rue Rivoli, the city’s widest range of shops. You can also cross over to the Left Bank and experience the noticeably different atmosphere, it’s very name conjuring Bohemian, dissident, intellectual connotations. The studio It measures about 30m² on the fourth floor with lift. There’s a shower and a toilet.
