The youthful area of QUARTER LATIN with its lot of cafes, restaurants and cinemas is very close too. This quite charming and calm 18m² studio is located on the 3th floor of a building with an elevator and a security system. The building is clean, the apartment airy. The shower room and toilets separate on the right hand-side of the kitchennette. The studio has been recently painted and is fully equipped. It has wood floor in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and mirror, a hair drier The living room is decorated with a double bed (140 cm wide), phone on recept, TV Dvd cable + high speed internet, carpet, reading lamp.
