Very authentic, it has been refurbished respecting the original structures, the wood beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, parquet floors and yet it offers all the comforts of today. This charming studio has been designed to maximize all its spaces featuring a double bed, a chummy chair and two night tables with reading lamps. The pure white kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, a cupboard filled with utensils, a very convenient dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. These high quality studio apartments are located in the 1st arrondissement on the corner of rue du Louvre and another famous street, rue St. Honoré. This is one of the oldest areas of Paris situated on the right bank of the Seine and just a stone throw away from the Louvre Museum - although stone throwing in this area is not recommended.

A leisurely stroll away and you'll arrive to the Tuileries Gardens, St.Germain, St. Michel, Notre Dame, Place Vendôme, l'Opera; a little farther, but still a very walkable distance are Le Marais, Concorde-Champs Elysées and all the historic sites of central Paris. In addition to the great shopping in this areas, there are also a number of markets, bakeries and pastry shops as well as a number of outstanding restaurants and bistros.
