Vacation Rental Description
This quiet, bright, elegant apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence in the touristic western Paris, in a four flowers quality label distric, shops open 365 days/year. The nearby best Metro line 1 and RER line A station "La Défense-Grande Arche", give easy fast access to all of Paris.
4 minutes to reach the Arc de Triomphe or the Champs-Elysées.
Train direct to Versaille's Castle and direct to Marne la Vallée to Disney land.
This comfortable apartment for 4 Guests plus one child was lately fully refurbished and redecorated.
The sun-filled dining room has a sofa bed that sleeps two, a table to seat four comfortably, a desk, a wardrobe, a full wall of mirrors, a TV with English channels, CD & DVD player, CD & DVD Library, Connection for iPod, iPhone and iPad, Internet, WiFi, phone calls national and international free.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, two bedsides and a large mirror. A cot can be provided at extra cost.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, a toilet, and plenty of storage room, several mirrors.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a four burners vitroceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator/freezer.
Also available to Guests are an electric Kettle, a toaster, a caffee machine.
The apartment building is surrounded by a wide forum planted with vegetation.
The marble lobby has exposed wooden ceilings and large picture windows.
Two concierges and an access code ensure good security.
The apartment is located in an international safe area.
Facilities
Shops and leisure facilities in our building. The Charras mall is on the ground floor with a supermarket Carrefour, many restaurants and cafés, an international newsstand as well as a boulangerie for fresh baguette and croissants in the morning. Three times a week on the ground floor is held a market of fresh products from the country. The Municipal swimming pool featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities is on the gound floor. Buses and taxis station are at the foot of the Residence. Parking available on the ground floor.
Activities
Close to the apartment is the Bois de Boulogne with the famous garden of Bagatelle, Rolland Garros for tennis games and Hippodrome of Longchamp for horses' racing.

A cot + linen + towels for a baby or a young child can be provided for 15€/night or 95€/week. The rates include: linen, towels, dish towels,utilities (electricity & water & general heat), unlimited internet access, Wi-Fi,phone national and international free, local taxes. From Dec 3, 2011-March 19, 2012 the final cleaning fee is 60€. From March 20-Oct 31, 2012, the rates include the final cleaning fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required up-on check in.

The apartment is beautiful and is a wonderful home away from home. Paris is a great and beautiful city and we were able to see a great deal and visit many sites from Les Gemeaux. You are so close to bus and rail lines that the Louvre, Les Invalides, the Latin Quater and other great areas are easily within reach. The neighborhood around Les Gemeaux we found to be very nice in a very quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will recommend your apartment to friends and colleagues. A beautiful elegant appartment impeccably clean in a great location for our family of three girls to visit Paris and all his wonderful sights. Wonderful, a perfect choice for our stay in Paris, the apartment was excellent, quiet, well located, close to the metro, and that view... I enjoyed one morning surise over Paris from the windows... The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and soon became our home away from home! Please consider exploring the local area, La Defense has hidden secrets, the wonderful Boulangerie, an excellent cave nearby (wine shop with very knowledgable owner), and the food market directly below. We had a wonderful visit in Paris ! The view from the apartment is fabulous and the accomodation fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. So important after long days of touring. The location was superb. The amazing architecture of La Defense was a welcome surprise. It is the modern day Paris! Our stay was perfect, much better than in a hotel. The view of the city and the Eiffel Tower was gorgeous and the apartment was clean, well furnished and up-to-date. We were so pleased with the condo and the Location. It was very convenient for getting to just about anywhere in Paris. It was better than we ever thought. Waking up and going to bed with such a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower was an experience our daughter will never forget. A great found!

We found the La Defense area to have everything a person could need, is safe and convenient to travel from. The wonderful Christmas markets near the train station was also a highlight of our visit. What a magnificent stay in Paris! We rented this apartment for two weeks while I was working nearby. It was a perfect place for our family. My children enjoyed the municipal pool and the nearby playground each morning while I was at work and then it was a quick metro ride to downtown Paris for an afternoon of sightseeing. The apartment was astonishingly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. Noël and Jacqueline were gracious hosts, always available for questions. Our daughter was especially thrilled to see the Eiffel Tower from our window. We both knew Paris well before this trip but had never been to La Defense. We are thrilled to have seen a new neighborhood, and we will definitely recommend Les Gemeaux to anyone visiting Paris!
