If you want to visit Paris as a tourist, or for a business trip, this studio is perfectly located, in a safe, residential part of the 6th district. It is located in the legendary Montparnasse area, close to the center of Paris. The Montparnasse quarter is the home of writers and musicians, within walking distance from the Luxembourg Garden and the Bon Marché, close to fancy shops, cafés, live theaters and restaurants.
The studio can host 2 people comfortably, and can be used for up to 4 people for a short stay. It is situated on the ground floor, overseeing a large, quiet courtyard, where you can take your breakfast, in the morning sun.
It is well equipped with Wi-Fi broadband internet access (bring your laptop), cable TV with channels from many countries and telephone including free access to national and international land-lines, to many countries (including the UK, USA, Canada, etc). It is completely furnished with house linen and towels.
Two sleeping areas: one is a full size bed on a loft, underneath the high-ceiling, the other with 2 convertible chairs, which unfold as 2 single beds, with high-quality mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped, with all needed conveniences, vitro-ceramic cooking area, microwave, and all needed utensils. The bathroom has a great shower, and toilet. A laundry washer/dryer and a dishwasher are available in the apartment.
This area, in a fancy residential neighborhood. A short walking distance from Saint-Germain des Prés, Saint Sulpice, Montparnasse, the "Bon Marché (extraordinary fancy department store), the flat is literally surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and cafés for every budget. You can easily walk to many sites, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Orsay Museum, the new Primitive Art Museum, Rodin, etc. Located in a highly cultural part of Paris, there are many movie theatres playing films in the original language, as well as live theaters.
A large supermarket with fresh produce is right around the corner.
