Furnished and fully equipped (coffee machine, water kettle, micro wave, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, washing machine, dish washer).  
In the most demanded district in the very heart of Paris. All Paris attractions in walking distance along river banks of Seine: Le Louvre, Marais, Centre Pompidou, musée Orsay, etc. Shopping facilities in close distance (food: 10 meters, shopping mall: 300 meters, designers: 1 km). Lots of restaurants, three at the house entrance. Bus, RER, batobus, metro station and bike rental just in front of the house, as well as money exchange. Wellness Spa (www.thai-spa.fr) 10 walking minutes. 
 
Very animated area with artists, museums, shops and sightseeing highlights. Paris life style and attractions in walking distance! Shopping in Marais or Saint Germain. Museums on left and right bank: le Louvre, les Tuilleries, d`Orly, Rodin, Picasso, Middle Ages, Centre Pompidou etc. Bars, Restaurants, Cafés all around. The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and provides sufficient space and privacy for all inhabitants. It has been opened for rent only since December 2007. It is in perfect condition and newly renovated. Unique craftwork and tasteful decoration create a cosy atmosphere. Big privacy due to two separate sleeping rooms. Living room with big windows, wooden joists, fireplace and parquet. All rooms are spacious and each bed room is equipped with one double bed of 1,40 meter width (55 inch) and 2,00 meter length (80 inch). The living- / bedroom is light during day due to its big windows and cosy by night with its seating corner next to the fire place. The other bed room has an additional office corner with telephone and internet access as well as television. The apartment provides one shower / WC. It has a quite orientation to the inner courtyard of the building. 
 
4 people maximum. Internet, water, electricity, bed linen, towels included. Down payment 50 percent of total amount, due on reservation. Payment may be done by wire transfer or credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA). Rest has to be paid on arrival in EURO cash or as electronic payment before arrival. In case of electronic payment, receipt from the land lady has to be provided on arrival to the welcoming person.

The apartment is made out of noble materials: kitchen and bathroom are covered with profiled wall and floor tiles, hand painted wall tiles, lighted bouillon point sheet windows, porcelain basin and wall fountain, marble bar and table. Lots of mirrors and big windows produce a light atmosphere.

We do accept VISA and Mastercard, wire transfer (bank charges on guests` account). The security deposite is 650 Euro and can be paid in cash or traveller checks. It will be returned on the day of departure. The down payment is 50 % of the rental fee, non-refundable. The balance is due on arrival. The minimum stay is 4 nights, maximum 4 people. An additional baby crip can be provided.
