Just a few steps from the medevial center of Lagny Sur Marne, this 180 square meter house built in the 1900's has been totally renovated for your comfort. The sunny terrace and the big windows make this house very confortable to live in even in the winter.  
 
Ground floor: big living room with piano, entry with toilets, spacious and clear fully equiped kitchen, terrace. First FLoor: 2 master Bedroom with queen size beds, a tv room and a bathroom with toilet shower and bath.  
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet and shower.  
Basement: a washing machine and a dryer for you to use, as well as a children's babyfoot. 
The backyard garden has a triple swing and a small football field. It is very quiet even though it is in the midlle of the city! 
 
2 cars can be parked in front of the house, securely behind the gates. 
 
Just a few steps from the house is the center of the city with all shops and stores, a beautiful pedestrian zone with a fountain and traditionnal cafés. 3 times a week a traditionnal market takes place, with all typical french food to buy.  
 
There are also some nice restaurants. Or just take a walk or bike along the river Marne and enjoy a peacefull moment... There are 2 adults bikes and 3 children bikes for you to use.  
 
Disneyland Paris is only 10 min drive from the house, and there is much more to visit in the area: castles, zoo with free tigers and lions, and of course all Paris to visit! Just walk 5 min to the train station, city trains are every 30 minutes, even on sundays and evenings, and there you are in the heart of Paris! 
 
All this will make it an unforgettable stay for your family and your friends.

    • There is a golf course 5 minutes drive in bussy Saint Georges, and one near Disneyland 10 min drive. Euro-disney is 10 minutes drive from the house. There is a movie theatre by foot in lagny or a big one near euro-disney. Biking along the river marne is also very pleasant. A traditionnal market takes place 3 times a week 500 m from the house, where you can find fine food like french cheese, and also clothes, jewelery...

    Full payment will be asked before arrival: 500 euros deposit for securing the booking, full payment 2 months prior arrival, with an additionnal security deposit of 500 euros that will be paid off after departure if there is no damage. Payment accepted: euro cheques, bank transfer and paypal Linen and towels provided, bed made before arrival. Cleaning at the end of the stay (except for the dishes) included in the fee. Possibility to have additionnal cleaning during the week at cost 50 euros.
