My wife, my two children and me are very happy to welcome you in our house.

We are also very grateful to you to take the greatest care of it, as if it were on your premise.

Accordingly, we ask you always to take off your shoes to go upstairs and to leave the house as clean as you found it while arriving. (On your request, we can add a special house keeping at 50 euros to clean the house after your departure).

Be rather pleasant to put all the linen salts (hand towels or linen) in the bath-tub the day of your departure.

In addition, we remind to you that it is strictly interdict to smoke in the house, even with the window.

High Season Price : €999 per Week

Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 25%.Balance is due two months before arrival date.

Booking made under two months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made up to 3 months before arrival date, the 25% down payment will be kept.
Cancellations made under 3 months before arrival date will not be refunded.

A deposit of 500 euros for Lagny and 1000 euros for Montévrain will be asked for in cash only, on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay.

Payments to be made in euro, by bank draft only (details further), or by cheque (French residents only).

On receipt of your initial payment of 25% we will send your booking confirmation.

When you have paid for your rental in full, you will be sent your travel directions.
