Flat of 40 m2 in a very quiet cul de sac in city centre, with : 
1 bedroom (1 to 4 pax) 
1 living room – dining room 
1 kitchen separated and open over the living. 
1 bathroom with toilets and large bath and a washing machine. 
 
Living room : 1 sofa-bed : double 
2 sofa-bed : single 
1 table : 6 people 
TV – Video Tape Player – DVD Player (Div X). 
Radio – Cassette Player – CD Player 
 
Bedroom : Double bed + 2 bunk beds  
 
American Kitchen : Toaster, Microwave, Fridge, Oven, crockery and cutlery provided. 
 
Outside : Private parking space in a private car park for one car. 
 
Electricity and water are included. 
If required, beach towels for 5 € each. If not required, toilets towels, bed linen are provided.

My wife, my two children and me are very happy to welcome you in our appartment.  
 
We are also very grateful to you to take the greatest care of it, as if it were on your premise.  
 
Accordingly, we ask you always to take off your shoes to get in and to leave the flat as clean as you found it while arriving. (On your request, we can add a special house keeping at 30 euros to clean the house after your departure). 
 
Be rather pleasant to put all the linen salts (hand towels or linen) in the bath-tub the day of your departure.  
 
In addition, we remind to you that it is strictly interdict to smoke in the house, even with the window.

				Low Season Price:	€499 per Week
				High Season Price:	€599 per Week

We will acknowledge availability and booking within 48 hours. Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 25% balance due two months before arrival date. Booking made under two months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made up to 3 months before arrival date, the 25% down payment will be kept. Cancellations made under 3 months before arrival date will not be refunded. A deposit of 500 euros for Lagny and 1000 euros for Montévrain will be asked for in cash only, on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay. Payments to be made in euro, by bank draft only (details further), or by cheque (French residents only). On receipt of your initial payment of 25% we will send your booking confirmation. When you have paid for your rental in full, you will be sent your travel directions, details...
