Completely renovated in 2005, our house of 180 sq.m. on 3 levels offers throughout the year. 
 
You can reach our house by car, RER line A by train from the Gare St Lazare and by bus.  
 
Whatever the mode of transport you choose, you are in the countryside at 15 km from central Paris.

Carrières-sur-Seine is located in The Impressionists Land, on the banks of the Seine, 10 km west of Paris, 7 km east of Saint-Germain en Laye, and 15 km north of Versailles.  
 
Carrières sur Seine, bordering Chatou, Croissy sur Seine and Bougival, high places of the Impressionism. 
 
You can practice many activities around the house, in Carrières sur Seine, in the Impressionists Land and in the Yvelines:

				Low Season Price:	€1,150 per Week
				High Season Price:	€1,450 per Week

The prices below are for 8 days / 7 nights. Your journey should start preferably on Saturday or Sunday. Payment terms The resolution of your rent will be done in euros by bank transfer or by check drawn on a French bank. - 30% for booking and the balance no later than 7 days before the start date of your rent. Any bank fees associated with your method of payment that will be charged to your security deposit. Deposit We require a security deposit of € 450 for every possible case, shall be paid with the balance by check drawn on a French bank or by bank transfer at least 7 DAYS prior to the date of rent. We'll refund your security deposit by the same channel, no later than 14 days after your departure. Service maid A participation in cleaning costs of €80 is required in additional costs charged to your security deposit. No bed linen or towels are included in our rates, you can rent at a cost of € 15/pax
