A 45 minute drive or train ride to Paris. The house is situated in a storybook French countryside "untouched in 100 years". It is in the heart of the Barbizon and Impressionist area. In all directions there are interesting villages and sites to see. Barbizon is 5 minutes away, home of Impressionist and Barbizon schools of art. Fontainbleau, 15 minutes, iwth Louis XIX Hunting Lodge. Milly la Foret with the outdoor market place. 20 minutes, Veaux le Viconte, the magnificent palace Versaille was petterned after. Ideal for biking, hiking, tennis, horse back riding, with two 18 hole golf courses in a 10 min. radius. There are farmers markets in every direction and gourmet restaurants in all the picture perfect villages. The house has 3 bedrooms and you can add rooms in the apartment to sleep up to 14 people. You only have to pay for which rooms you want to use.

All profesionally decorated. The entrance to the property is through a 16-foot wrought iron gate that works with remote control and opens onto an enchanting huge courtyard romantically lit with four, large period lanters. It has century-old trees and a profusion of colourful flowers. The huge open kitchen/dining room overlooks the garden at one end, and features a massive stone fireplace at the other. The kitchen is equipped with: subzero refrigerator with ice-machine, dishwasher, new plasma flat-screen 73 in. T.V. screen, CD sound system, and DVD video system. The magnificent summer living room "granier" and bar has a 45 foot antique, beam ceiling and spectacular original stone walls. This room is an ideal gathering place from May through Oct. (not heated in the winter months) Luxury bedrooms with four poster beds and comfy mattress overlooks the quiet countryside totally decorated with French antiques and accessories.

				Low Season Price:	$3,500 per Week
				High Season Price:	$3,800 per Week

Once you have received a confirmation of availability, you must make a 50% down payment in order to confirm a reservation. Reservations are considered final only upon receipt of this down payment. The remaining 50% plus security deposit (see security deposit below) must be made 1 month prior to arrival. Safety Deposit A safety deposit equivalent to 20% of your total rental payment is required with this final payment. Deductions from the safety deposit will be made for damages in general to the home, for rings on furniture or for misplaced, missing or broken items as well as spotted rugs and bed spreads if they cannot be removed with cleaning. Safety depostis will be returned following control of the house, 1 month after the departure date. Cancellation Policy We will gladly rebook for a different available date or we will apply a 50% reimbursement if cancellation is is prior to 2 weeks of the arrival date. Cancellation later than this date cannot be refunded.
