    The rental price includes taxes, water, electricity, reception service. House cleaning at the end of the stay has an extra price of 60 euros. Bedclothes and bath-towels can be rented at the price of 15 euros par person par week. Caution money for eventual damages is fixed at 1.000 euros At the reservation it is required the payment of the 50% of the rent price as deposit. At any time the renter decides to cancel the location, the owner keeps the deposit money paid at the reservation (50% of the rent), as compensation. If the cancellation occurs during the stay, the owner keeps the whole rent. The renter is asked to declare the coordinates of his assurance for civil responsibility for eventual demages at third parties.
