5 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast in Loir et Cher

Les Hauts de Chaumont" is an old house wine grower (1880), progressively renewed, which welcome you all along the year, to let you discover (or rediscover) the cultural wealth of Val de Loire, its gastronomy, and its bucolic landscapes. You will park your car easily and securely in the courtyard.  
Cyclists will tidy up their bikes in the garage. 
 
The three rooms are located on the first floor, and are all equipped with toilets and bathroom. 
Our guests will relax in the big lounge, where breakfasts are served each morning. 
A kitchenette in a corner will be at your disposal (microwave, fridge …) for small dinners or drinks. 
You will also have a TV corner to keep in touch with news. WIFI free. 
 
A new holiday cottage 4 ears has been created in one dependency face to the house, near the swimming pool. On 2 levels, 100m2, high quality material, modern design. At ground floor a studio with a lounge (2 beds), a large flat screen, a kitchen totally equipped, and a large bathroom/toilets. 
 
At first floor, 2 large bedrooms, 26m2, with bathrooms/toilets, large flat screens, large bed 160x200 + single bed. 
You could dine in the garden, near the swimming pool, close to the barbecue, that you can use in summer. The garden with 3000 m² provides several corners where you can relax to take a drink with friends or family, or simply read a book listening bird songs. A big gantry endowed with swings and slide is waiting for children at the back of the garden. By chance and with some patience, you will perhaps see our squirrel and the couple of woodpeckers. 
The swimming pool is totally enclosed and locked. It is endowed with an alarm. 
 
The size is 10 meters by 5 meters, depth 2,30m.It is gracefully provided to you but under your whole responsibility, and following some rules that will be communicated at your arrival. 
 
Deckchairs are at your disposal, and we can provide you with bath towels.

• Travel Info: From Paris by train TGV to Vendôme or Tours by motorway A10, exit at Blois then follow D952 D 952 between Blois and Amboise. - Arriving in Onzain, cross the Loire river to Chaumont sur Loire. - Then turn right to the village. - At the traffic lights, turn to the left towards Montrichard. - 100 m further, at the end of the slope, turn right in the first street. - "Les Hauts de Chaumont" is the first property on your right (watch the signboard).
