Kitchen fully equipped with table and chairs, cooker, microwave, fridge/freeze, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, a good set of matching crockery and cutlery, glasses. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Large doors leading to garden with patio, outdoor table and chairs. BBQ.
BEDROOM 1 (Disabled friendly)
Door to exterior. This ground floor bedroom has a king size bed bedside tables, lamps, and wardrobe. En suite bathroom with shower 1m x 9cm (which will easily take a wheelchair 350°turn)with seat and bars. WC for disabled person with bar.
Sink with a 'dent' in the front to enable a disabled person to approach the sink easily. 350° turn for wheelchair.
