Saule at les Limornières is situated in beautiful countryside setting, surrounded by woods, fields & far reaching views. The stone self catering cottage is only 3km via a quiet country lane from the historic Loire Valley town of le Grand Pressigny with bars, local shops & restaurants. The village offers the perfect destination for a stroll or cycle from Les Limornières with circular routes there and back & around the village.
Saule holiday cottage is part of a traditional 19th century stone longère farmhouse with private patio garden with BBQ & parking. The gîte has one double bedroom, one master bedroom/family room with a double bed and a full sized single bed on a mezzanine landing therefore comfortably sleeping 5 adults. On request we will provide a wooden cot, additional child bed(s) to suit the needs of your party.
Interior: Thoroughly cleaned and prepared throughout before your arrival, downstairs offers you a bright & spacious open plan living area with comfortable seating, wood-burning stove, CD, DVD player & TV (french).
A dining area & fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plus a comprehensive stock of utensils and crockery to cater for all your culinary needs during your stay.
Bedroom one with double bed, window overlooking courtyard & storage for clothes is just off the hallway.
From the hallway, stairs take you to landing and into the oak beamed master bedroom with double bed, full length window & storage for clothes.
From the landing, equipped with multi-jet power shower, the spacious shower room has uninterrupted views across farmland.
On the mezzanine landing area there is a full size single bed & more clothes storage.
The primary heating in colder months is provided by a wood-burning stove in the living area & radiators in the bedrooms.
Exterior: Private enclosed patio garden, seating & BBQ. Space to park close to your front door.
Shared use of the south facing courtyard, Dining barn, outdoor games, trampoline, swings, toys & bikes available to use.
