Downstairs is a spacious 30m² with comfortable seating in open plan living area with TV (UK Freeview), DVD & CD player.  
 
Overlooking the south facing courtyard, the dining area next to the original stone fireplace & wood-burning stove seats up to four.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a comprehensive range of utensils and crockery to cater for all your culinary needs during your stay. 
 
Stairs take you up to the light and airy double aspect bedroom with one double bed and one single bed in the oak beamed roof space.  
 
The all new shower room provides you with plenty of hot water & warm towels. 
 
The primary heating in colder months is provided by a wood-burning stove in the living area & radiators in the bedrooms. 
 
Exterior: Private patio garden with seating and BBQ.  
 
Parking space close to your front door.  
 
Communal courtyard garden with shady dining barn with table, seating & BBQ, outdoor games & bikes available to use.

The cottage is ideal and great value for a comfortable & spacious stay for a couple although we are happy to accommodate up to a maximum 2 more small people in the cottage for the weekly rate of 625 euros or 100 euros per night.
