Vacation Rental Description
Le Berry is a two storey cottage which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, one is with a double sized built-in cabin bed,the second is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes. On the same floor is the shower room with toilet.
On the ground floor is the handmade fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave and washing machine. Next is the sitting room with a woodburner and comfortable sofa and armchairs. Here you'll find loads of books, cd player and boules set. French doors lead out onto a large balcony which has garden furniture. This overlooks the millstream and island. Steps lead down to the island for fishing and access to the boats.
The cottage is situated on the outskirts of a small village within walking distance of the bakery, village shop and two cafes

Cottage has handmade kitchen and features and has been decorated to be a home from home. Also included is garden furniture,bbq and use of two boats for fishing or pottering about in the river. Great birdwatching on site including kingfisher, barn owls and black redstarts. In season a wide variety of orchids grow just up the road. Situated on the edge of the Brenne National Park which is renonwned for its birds and other wildlife.
50 minutes from Limoges airport and 5 minutes off the A20 motorway
Owners live on site so can help with booking restaurants and on where to go. The property is non smoking. Due to the unfenced river and millstream the cottage is unsuitable for children under 6 but great for older ones.

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £245
High Season Price : £350 per Week


To secure a booking we require a deposit of £50 per week. This is non refundable.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the booking. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the holiday date are non refundable unless we manage to re-let the cottage.
Payment is by cheque un British pounds or euros.
We offer a linen hire service of £9 per double bed and £6.50 per single bed. This includes bath towels.
There also a charge for electricity in winter and logs.
