Two bedrooms, one furnished with an extra large double, and the other with a double and a single bed, provide privacy for either families or couples. Both bedrooms also have sitting alcoves. The modern bath suite includes a spacious shower, double sinks, deep soaking tub and toilet. The property boasts its own large, private pond, and a lovely patio for relaxation and dining al fresco. A few steps away is a nice-sized pool, which is next to a building with a changing room including toilet and shower. The spacious kitchen has every modern convenience.
La Maison Neuve is 5 minutes to the local boulangerie and Tabac, 10 minutes to a huge supermarket, and no more than 10-15 minutes to great restaurants and shopping in every direction.
The property is located within 30 minutes of just about any sporting activity you might want to enjoy. Lakes for angling; forests for picnics; swimming pools; sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, hang gliding and even parachuting! If this is not enough to amuse you, there are also a zoo near La Fleche and Futuroscope near Poitiers.
However, just outside our gates, lie plenty of pleasures, too. Wander forest paths for the perfect picnic spot. Bike the quiet lanes of La Lande Chasles. Take a trail ride through our seemingly endless forest. Jean Christophe at La Landelle Equestrian Centre (2 km) would love to practice his English with you!
Back at La Maison Neuve, scout the pond waterfowl, try your luck with rod and reel, or just kick back on the patio and listen to the birdsong, punctuated by an occasional "cuckoo." Take a refreshing splash in the pool. After dark, take your port on the patio and marvel at the Milky Way!
