The chalet has a living/dining room (27 m²), a bedroom (10 m²), kitchen corner (7 m²), bathroom/WC with shower (5 m²) and a covered balcony (15 m²). The property is designed like a park and a clear trout stream runs through the property. A private spring delivers fresh drinking water with the best quality.

Burgundy includes the departments of Côte d'Or, Nièvre, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne. In the heart of Burgundy, in the most southern corner of Yonne and in the nature park of Morvan, you will find our 7000 m² stream property, which belongs to the small picturesque hamlet 'Les Moingeots' (11 houses), which belongs to the main city Quarré-les-Tombes (800 residents) 4.5 km away. Here you can spend your dream holiday in a cozy, detached chalet. Of course, just for you with a lot of space all around. The property, on which the residence of the owner is also found, looks like a park and a clear trout stream flows through it. A private spring delivers fresh drinking water with the best quality

The Morvan is a peaceful middle mountain landscape and has a special place in the heart of Burgundy as a surprising, secretive, charming landscape. As an old granite mountain, marked by erosion, a strict landscape, covered with about 60% of forests and filled with water, the Morvan offers nature with untouched beauty and residents, whose pure character hides graciousness and tradition. A mountainous landscape with still lakes, wild streams and rivers, embedded in large forest areas. Those who do not want to paddle, but would like to spend time with different recreational interest will find conditions here for a peaceful holiday - even during high summer.

For a cancellation of up to 6 weeks before the rental period, you will receive 50% of your payment back. Please understand that for a later cancellation, the pre-payment is forfeited if no suitable replacement tenant can be found (who you can also name for us). * The following costs are not included: final cleaning € 35, electricity € 0.20 per kWh, firewood € 35/cubic meter. Pets: € 3.50 per day. * Long-term rental possible, minimum length 1 year, budget price about 90 per week. Exact price and conditions upon request.
