The house is located up a private road on the edge of the village of Charrin where there is a bar/tabac/shop with limited provisions where you can order bread to collect daily, there is also a post office and a church.
Surrounded by high trees and accessed via electric gates, you can relax knowing you won't be disturbed. The house is furnished and equipped to the highest standard creating a very luxurious home away from home designed to be enjoyed at any time of the year. There are covered terraces to two sides of the property so the outdoors can be enjoyed in all weathers. The pool house is equipped with large barbecue, dining table, cooking and eating equipment. Please do not confuse this property with similar but inferior holiday Gites/villas. This is a totally exclusive, private luxury home with 200 square meters of living space, that is being made available for the discerning visitor to Burgundy.

Downstairs in the garage is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Beautiful dining room with table to seat 10-12, with large fireplace for chilly winter nights. Large comfortable lounge with leather furniture, 42" plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV, iPod dock, all to play through the home cinema surround sound system.
Above the lounge is a mezzanine, set up as a 'chill-out zone', with large leather sofas, TV, Playstation, a selection of games and books.
The property will be clean ready for your arrival and equipped with enough bedlinen and indoor use towels for your stay. The cleaner will come in after your departure.
Set in almost 2 acres of gardens and adjacent field, there is lots of space for children to play and explore safely. The full width of the front of the house has a veranda with sofa's, chairs, etc to relax in the shade on a hot day. The lounge has a small balcony with table and chairs. The private, heated swimming pool is surrounded by terrace and garden. This is an exceptionally well designed house with lots of outside space, quite nooks, sun-bathing and shady spots. A large pool/barbecue house is fully equipped so you can prepare food and eat outdoors at any time. The pool is open and heated from early April until the end of October.
Located in the heart of Burgundy, on the edge of the stunning Morvan National Park. The local historic town of Decize has lots to offer whether you just want to relax by the river or or in one of the street cafes, or get active and go canoeing, fishing, swimming, cycling, shopping, boating, etc. There is also a riverside beach, beach-bar, tennis courts and a large outdoor public swimming pool, children's play area, etc.
Motoring enthusiasts. About 30 mins drive to Magny-Cours. The house has a very large garage big enough for at least two cars and several motorcycles.
For cyclists there are several velo-routes in the area.
The nearest golf course is 20 minutes drive, there are two others within an hour.
