16th century cottage, The Coach House is a charming holiday cottage with oak beamed ceilings, old terracotta tiles, flagstone flooring and a traditional Burgundian open fireplace.

The cottage is situated in an enclosed hamlet on the edge of our lovely rural village of Fulvy (Burgundy) and is set in a delightful enclosed large south facing garden, containing lawn and filled with plum, cherry trees and shrubs. This garden is ideal for sunbathing and is very safe for children.

We have lovingly restored Coach House and maintained many of the original features such as oak beams, flagstone floors.

It is tastefully furnished, full of charm and warmth. The cottage has an open fireplace and is self contained making it ideal for winter lets.

The cottage is all on the ground floor. Steps from the large courtyard lead up to the cottage and into a large oak beamed living and dining area with traditional open fireplace and flagstone floors. Raised kitchen and French doors lead directly onto the secluded and private garden.

A double bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Just 1 hour by T.G.V, (fast train) and 15 minutes drive from Le petit Village to the train station in Montbard where the parking is safe and free.
Your train leaves at 7.09 AM, and drops you at the gate of the park at 8.09 AM.
Spend a great day with the kids at Disneyland Paris, (no need to book your tickets in advance).
Your return journey is due at 7.45 PM and drops you at Montbard where your car awaits you to take you back to either Coach House or Spring Cottage.
There´s been much talk of food and wine. Essential as they are to any holiday in Burgundy. Part of the art of good living and "richness" of the region is the ambience and the festivals that make this such a colourful place to spend an entire holiday or just a few days. There are so many things to do and see, from open air classical concerts, to discovering Burgundy´s past and present, museums, harvest festivals, art galleries, the list is endless...

Season 2009/2010 - Coach House Rental fees are payable in Euros, Pound Sterling, US Dollars, and are per week Changeover day is Saturday A €200 euros refundable security deposit will be required on arrival. Options * Bath towels € 6 per person per week (1 large, 1 medium, 1 face cloth). * Pool Towels € 4 per person, per week (1 large towel). * Oak Wood € 15 per wheelbarrow. * Electric heating available on request and payable locally. Notice All beds are made up and linen is provided free of charge. Pets allowed (€5euros supplement per day) Smoking not allowed in the cottage.
