Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ROUSSIN apartment, 66m2, sleeps 4 possible 5, has lots of character with a medieval touch, warm spicy colours, very cozy, during the winter months the log working chimney makes it even more cosier!, wood can be provided.
This apartment is in walking distance to mostly everything, fresh morning market, excellent restaurants, (3 X 1 star Michelin restaurants all at only a 5 - 10mins walk), high class boutiques, wine shops, cafés, train & bus station, the apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood the "lawyers quarter", from the bedroom the view is of the 16thC law courts and the street Amiral Roussin.
All of our apartments which we own and manage are high standing and more than fully equipped, on arrival everything is in perfect order.
For parking there is an underground car park, parking ste Anne at 250m price on average per day 24/24hrs 5 euros if not you can buy a special pass aprox. 19 euros for 7 nights.
Once we know your arrival time here in Dijon it will be me Beatrice who will welcome you at the apartment, I am English and have a lot of experience in tourisme.
We have lived and worked for the last 23 years here in DIJON and around DIJON and were both responsible of 2 luxurious hotel barges that cruised on the Burgundy Canal, it has now been 8 years since we started our first short term rental apartment the'loft' in rue Berbisey and now we have 8 wonderful apartments to run in the heart of DIJON, all in great demand as there are really not many holiday apartments here in DIJON, many fine hotels but not private rental apartments.
Please note that these apartments all have more than fully equipped kitchens, perfect for a "cook in" now and again!
