Located right in the historical center of Dijon, next to the Palais des Ducs, the apartement (45m²(484sqft)overlooks Magnin museum on a pedestrian street. The main entrance is just in front of the Beaux Arts museum, on the first floor of a 17°century building. Close to everything however very peaceful, being a listed building.

The apartment consists of : a large sitting room of 35m² (377sqft), with parquet flooring and a bedroom area (queen size bed, with down-free bedding), LCD flat screen TV, 200 international channels (CNN, BBC World, Skynews....) , DVD player with dvds, telephone, (free calls to 100 countries) high speed internet with a desktop, free Wifi access,a library,  
A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini oven, 3gaz+1 electric hob, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster) breakfast provisions are provided for the guest to cook as well as first necessity food in the fridge on arrival.

    Have a walk to the covered food market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)and go back to the flat to cook what you bought yourself like a Dijonnais. Taste the cheeses, bread, wines, delicatessen... Or enjoy a good meal from the restaurant around the corner!

Rates 2010 : From 100€ to 140€ (140€/night for 2 to 4 nights, 115€/night from 5 to 8 nights, and 100€/night over 9 nights) Terms & Conditions: A deposit payment of 30% of the total rental amount is due in personal check to secure the booking.
