Vacation Rental Description
We bought this delightful property in 2007 and are still making improvements now the main renovation work hs been finished. A real character home with TWO staircases, a wine cellar, plus a smallish terrace garden with a secure area for pets. 
Rochefort is an absaolute chocolate box perfect townm and plays host to many artists sculptors and craftsmen. 
There are regular free music concerts during the summer and a two day festival in mid August.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: £200 per Week
      High Season Price: £500 per Week
         

    Currently a £150 refundable security/cleaning/laundry deposit. We do not normally provide linen but this can be arranged for a nominal charge of £20 per rental, which is what our cleaning lady charges us. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of booking unless the booking is made within thirty days of the arrival date. Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date, at which time the keys will be mailed, together with a stamped addressed mailer for the return of keys after the rental, at which time any deposit due will be refunded. Our cleaner is paid to work 2 hours on the property after each rental & time necessary in excess of this will be charged at a rate of E20 an hour.
