For a relaxing holiday...I propose you our house in a lovely place at St Nicolas des eaux in Brittany. 
St Nicolas is a picturesque village situated along the river blavet between the medieval town of Pontivy and Baud. « Le Logis de la Sabotiere » is a XIXe Breton family house has been renovated to a high standard and divided into two "little" houses - "Le Heron: four to five persons" and "Le Nid: two adults, plus child." 
A perfect place for fishing, canoeing or walking along the river banks.  
The coast is only 35 mns. You will be able to visit : Citadel of Port Louis, Carnac and its megaliths, Quiberon bay and many other places...Along the river Blavet at St Nicolas des Eaux,

    • St. Nicolas des Eaux is a small 'protected' village tucked along the banks of the river Blavet, a perfect location for exploring either the heart of Brittany with its medieval towns (Pontivy, Vannes, Auray, ...), churches, and countryside or within 30 minutes you can reach the coast and explore the pretty beaches, bays, the striking cliffs of the coast sauvage, and the beautiful inland sea of The Golfe of Morbihan. 
     
    From St Nicolas des Eaux, you can walk or cycle for miles in either direction along the river or fish along the river bank. There is a canoe/kayak centre, a miniature golf, and a pretty nine-hole golf course just ten-minutes drive away. There are a creperie, bars,café/concert, two good restaurants, grocery, or a short drive (five minutes) takes you to Plumeliau or Baud (10 mns) where you will find supermarkets, banks, post office...
